Refund policy

Our promise
Every Making Jesus Famous item is printed just for you after you order it. We want it to arrive looking right and to last. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or was printed incorrectly, we will send you a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we will refund you instead. To get this:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem, plus a photo of the shipping label or packaging if the item was damaged in transit.
You usually won't need to send the item back. We'll tell you if we need it.

Change of mind, size or color
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or picked the wrong size, color or design. Please check the size and details on the product page before you order. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started we may not be able to change it.

Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it seems stuck in transit, please reach out. We'll look into it with the carrier and handle each case individually to find a fair solution. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
