How are your products made?

Every item is made to order just for you by our print partner in the USA. Nothing sits on a warehouse shelf. Our mugs are glossy ceramic with a full-wrap sublimation print, so the design goes all the way around.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days. After that, standard delivery takes about 2 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Busy seasons, like the weeks before Christmas, can add a little time, so please order early for gifts.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only for now. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 for the first item plus $3.00 for each additional item. You will always see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy for details.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The design is printed with sublimation, which bonds the ink into the coating, so it won't peel off.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we'll send you a free replacement. You usually won't need to send the item back. See our Refund policy.

Can I return or exchange something if I change my mind?

Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if the wrong size, color or design was picked. Please check the details on the product page before you order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once production has started we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Do you make anything besides mugs?

Mugs are our first products. Pillows, shirts, sweatshirts and more are on the way, all carrying the names of Jesus and Scripture. Sign up for our emails to hear first when they arrive.
